Description
Boc-Asp (OBzl) -Pro-Arg-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for the determination of protease activity. Boc-Asp (OBzl) -Pro-Arg-AMC undergoes hydrolysis and releases the fluorescent product 7-amino-4-methylcoumarin (AMC) . The excitation and emission wavelengths are 351 nm and 430 nm, respectively[1].
