COX-1/2-IN-8 (compound 11f) is an orally active and potent inhibitor of COX-1 and COX-2, with IC50 values of 2.14 and 0.58 µM, respectively. COX-1/2-IN-8 displays a higher significant anti-inflammatory activity than Celecoxib.
