DNA Gyrase-IN-11 exhibits antibacterial efficacy, that inhibits Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenzae and Staphylococcus aureus, with MICs of 0.008-0.25 μg/mL[1].
