DSPE-PEG-DBCO (MW 5000) is a phospholipid-PEG polymer that can be used to form micelles as lipid nanoparticles for drug delivery[1]. DSPE-PEG-DBCO (MW 5000) is a click chemistry reagent, it contains a DBCO group that can undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules containing Azide groups.
