DSPE-PEG1000-pPB is a PEG compound which composed of DSPE and a cyclic oligopeptide (pPB) . pPB has a strong binding affinity with PDGFRβ, which is overexpressed on activated hepatic stellate cells (HSC) . DSPE-PEG1000-pPB can be used for drug delivery[1].
