Dusquetide (SGX942) TFA is a first-in-class innate defense regulator (IDR) . Dusquetide TFA modulates the innate immune response to both PAMPs and DAMPs by binding to p62. Dusquetide TFA shows activity in both reducing inflammation and increasing clearance of bacterial infection[1].
