FITC-PEG-CL (MW 5000) is a fluorescent dye composed of FITC , PEG and chlorine (-Cl). The chlorine group is an electrophilic active group that can be used for nucleophilic substitution reactions and facilitate subsequent chemical modification (Ex/Em = 488/525 nm).
