FXIIa-IN-5 inhibits the intrinsic coagulation pathways, and exhibits anti-inflammatory and antithrombotic activity in Carrageenan -induced mice thrombosis models. FXIIa-IN-5 exhibits moderate pharmacokinetic characteristics and slightly toxicity (at 100 mg/kg).
