HA-IN-1

HA-IN-1 (compound 5g) is a Hemagglutinin (HA) ligand with high affinity, targeting to the trypsin cleavage site of HA. HA-IN-1 inhibits HA-mediated membrane fusion and reduces the pulmonary virus titer in vivo. HA-IN-1 is a potential influenza A virus (IAV) inhibitor, and an anti-influenza agent[1].
