HDHODH-IN-17 (Compound 10) is a human dihydroorotate dehydrogenase (hDHODH) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 0.188 μM. hDHODH-IN-17 is in good agreement with the hDHODH activity pocket and interacted well with amino acid residues. hDHODH-IN-17 is the potential broad-spectrum antiviral agent[1].
