ICG PEG DSPE (MW 5000)

ICG PEG DSPE (MW 5000) is a PEG phospholipid with Indocyanine green (ICG) dye used in protein/nucelic acid labeling and fluorescence microscopy. ICG PEG DSPE (MW 5000) can self-assemble in aqueous solution to form micelles/lipid bilayer and used to prepare liposomes or nanoparticles for nutrients delivery such as mRNA or DNA vaccine (Ex/Em = 785/813 nm).
