Description
IL-1RL2 Protein, serving as a receptor for interleukin-36 (IL36A, IL36B, and IL36G), forms a complex with the coreceptor IL1RAP, constituting the interleukin-36 receptor. This complex activates NF-kappa-B, MAPK, and other pathways, resembling the IL-1 system. IL-1RL2 is implicated in local inflammatory responses at epithelial barriers, particularly contributing to skin inflammatory reactions by inducing the IL-23/IL-17/IL-22 pathway. IL-1RL2 Protein, Human (Biotinylated, HEK293, His-Avi) is the recombinant human-derived IL-1RL2 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-Avi, C-His labeled tag.
