Levoleucovorin (Levofolinic acid) is the pharmacologically active levoisomer of racemic leucovorin. Levoleucovorin can be used as a rescue agent after high-dose Methotrexate therapy, and in combination with fluorouracil for the research of advanced metastatic colorectal cancer[1].
