Mpro/PLPro-IN-2 (Compound 22l) is a non-covalent competitive dual inhibitor of the papain-like protease and main protease of SARS-CoV-2, with a Ki of 0.2 μM for the papain-like protease and a Ki of 1.1 μM for the main protease[1]. Mpro/PLPro-IN-2 can be used in the research field of anti-SARS-CoV-2[1].
