NF-κB-IN-18 (Compound 5k) is an orally active NF-κB inhibitor. NF-κB-IN-18 inhibits phosphorylation of p65. NF-κB-IN-18 exhibits potent anti-inflammatory activity in Xylene-induced ear edema mice[1].
