Nociceptin (1-7) TFA is the N-terminal bioactive fragment of nociceptin. Nociceptin (1-7) TFA is a potent ORL1 (NOP) receptor agonist with antinociceptive activity. Nociceptin (1-7) TFA combines with nociceptin reduces hyperalgesia in vivo[1].
