CD274 molecule, also known as programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1), binds to the checkpoint suppressor molecule PD-1 to inhibit TCR-mediated IL-2 production and T cell proliferation signaling. PD-L1 is involved in the PI3K/JAK/STAT signaling pathway to promote tumor occurrence.
