PPO-allene is a covalent botulinum neurotoxin (BoNT) light chain inhibitor (IC50: 20.9 μM) . PPO-allene (0.3 mg/kg, i.v.) demonstrates an in vivo half-life of approximately 1.5 h in mice[1].
