PROTAC DAPK1 Degrader-1 significantly reduced the levels of cleaved caspase-3 and cleaved PARP in a cell apoptosis model induced by the neurotoxin ceramide, indicating that it effectively inhibits neuronal apoptosis by degrading DAPK1.
