RdRP-IN-7 is a RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp) inhibitor that shows the inhibition of SARS-CoV-2 infection with an IC50 of 8.2 μM, an IC90 of 14.1 μM and an CC90 of 79.1 μM. RdRP-IN-7 can be used for antiviral research[1].
