Rezetecán

Rezetecán (SHR9265) is a topoisomerase I inhibitor. In addition, Rezetecán can be used to synthesize Trastuzumab rezetecan, an antineoplastic agent. Rezetecán can be used as a cytotoxic payload (ADC Cytotoxin) in antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) [1][2].
