Sarglaroids F

Sarglaroids F (compound 6) is an anti-inflammatory agent isolated from the roots of Grass Coral. Sarglaroids F inhibits LPS/ATP-induced IL-1β release by affecting K+ efflux and reducing Caspase-1 (P20) levels. Sarglaroids F is not cytotoxic to RAW264.7 cells[1].
