Syndecan-3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is a Dendritic cells (DCs) -specific heparan sulfate (HS) proteoglycan that captures HIV-1 through interaction with the HIV-1 envelope glycoprotein gp120. SDC3 is involved in the regulation of growth factor signalling, Notch and BMP signalling, adhesion and migration, proliferation and differentiation. Syndecan-3 is associated with the control of feeding behaviour and the generation of cerebellar fibrillar plaques in Alzheimer disease[1][2][3]. Syndecan-3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived Syndecan-3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
