UNC8969 (compound 43) is a MERTK/AXL dual inhibitor with IC50s of 1.1±0.8 nM for MERTK and 5.3 ± 2.7 nM for AXL. UNC8969 also exerts a T1/2 of 7.3 h with 5 mg/kg i.v. in mice[1].
