(17R,18S) -Epoxyeicosatetraenoic acid shows exerts negative chronotropic effects and protects neonatal rat cardiomyocytes against Ca2+ overload. (17R,18S) -Epoxyeicosatetraenoic acid has the potential for the research of antiarrhythmic agent[1][2].
