    Propargyl-PEG4-acid is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of BTK-IAP PROTACs Ibrutinib -based PROTAC 2 and an analogue PROTAC 3. PROTAC 3 causes BTK degradation with a DC50 of 200 nM in THP-1 cells[1]. Propargyl-PEG4-acid is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
