Description
STAT3 is a signal transducer and transcriptional activator that coordinates diverse cellular processes in response to growth factors and cytokines such as interleukin-6 and KITLG/SCF. Upon activation, STAT3 recruits coactivators to target gene promoters, thereby affecting proliferation, differentiation, and immune responses. STAT3 Protein, Human (His) is the recombinant human-derived STAT3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-6*His labeled tag.
