Description
TRAIL R1/TNFRSF10A protein is a receptor for TNFSF10/TRAIL, which recruits caspase-8 through FADD to initiate cell apoptosis and form a death-inducing signaling complex (DISC) . It activates NF-kappa-B and interacts with TRADD and RIPK1 in the monomeric state.
